aTec is a power solutions company founded in the British Virgin Islands in 2013. The Founder and Managing Director Dana Miller is an energy industry professional that believes in providing the highest quality practical solutions to power generation issues.

A little bit about us

At aTec we facilitate the transition to renewable energy systems in the British Virgin Islands and the wider Caribbean region.

aTec works with the best available technologies to create clean and reliable power.

We specialize in hybrid energy systems combining solar, wind, battery, and diesel power to create the lowest cost of energy for our clients.

aTec has installed and maintains the vast majority of renewable energy systems in the BVI, including systems Oil Nut Bay, Cooper Island, Belamy Cay, and Three Private Islands in the North Sound.

We have been fortunate to work with some of the most sophisticated renewable energy companies during these projects including Solar City, NRG, Tesla Battery, Princeton Power Systems and Boeing.
